The food was great! The price was affordable. I got the 3x$10 which was great. Our server was very forgetful and did not even offered refills, place wasn't busy anyways.

I enjoy going to different Chili's yet the one in Gurnee is the BEST! Our waiter was nice & brought everything to us without us waiting long. The food was very fresh & hot!! We really enjoyed this location & will be returning!!!

Arrived at 6:30pm on the Saturday before the Superbowl and no waiting this time.Closest location to my house, been coming here for several years and have never had any complaints.Venue is always kept clean, still a decent place to grab a drink after work and customer service remains solid serving up quality food.

Excellent service! The food portions were big, our drinks were chill. Huge fan of the avocado grilled chicken sandwich. Our waitress Jennifer was very polite and attentive! The manager Sergio checked in on us even though it was busy Saturday night. I felt appreciated by the crew! Thanks guys! Definitely will be returning with the family.

Love this place. Always neat and clean. Hardly ever a lengthy wait. The food is fantastic, as well as their signature drinks. They are priced very fairly.

I went to Chili’s yesterday and ordered a Cajun pasta with shrimp and I got a stomach ache. The pasta seemed to be reheated but some of them were still cold and stale. Then the waitress was a little rude and wasn’t consistent on checking on us.

Food was great and very affordable but we sat for twenty minutes before our server came to ask what we wanted to drink, then waited another ten minutes for drinks and got the wrong drinks. Not to mention the tables were clean, I'm sure, but whatever product they used left an incredibly sticky film on the table that wasn't very appealing.

Chili's is usually good but this particular night they were short of staff and my burger and fries were cold.

worst quality i’ve ever had with a chili’s. the food was cold, not cooked, or completely cooked incorrectly. when offered a discount for the horrible quality, we took it for not being able to eat most of our food. the discount on the ticket was 15.91 but when taken from the original price, the discount was much smaller. the place is dirty, food horrible, dishonest, and service wasn’t favorable coming from another chili’s waitress. would not recommend.

Great place to go out to eat

I hadn't eaten at a chilis in years. I had the chicken and waffle sliders and they were delicious. Cheese curds and fries were also good.

This spot provides great service and yummy food. One of the best spot in the city. The food came out fast and the rates were inexpensive. I recommend this place.

I've been to a couple of different Chili's in the past, and I have to say that this one, in particular exceeded my expectations in service and quality of food. The waitress was new, therefore somethings were not up to par (e.g. full knowledge of the menu) but everything else was great. The food was delicious and arrived at our table at a reasonable time (not too quickly that makes you question whether it was microwaved, but not too late, either!) My family and I had a great time and it definitely was the cheery on top of fantastic day out. Honestly, that all we wanted, fast, efficient service along with delicious food that didn't break the bank!

We love the service and food there.

Zero customer service. I can't rate the food because I never got any, not did anyone ask the size of my party or put us on a list. The restaurant was half empty, yet the sizable benches on either side of the inside entrance were completely full, and the benches in the vestibule were also partly filled. At least twenty people were waiting in these areas along with those standing. No one was at the host stand, but we saw at least four staff who ignored all of the waiting people. Dinners were walking up to the bar from their tables in the main dining area to order beverages. Waited five-ten minutes for at least an acknowledgement of my presence and interest in dining, and having none, we left. I will not be back. I'm not sure how they are even in business.

Chili's is Chili's. We really had a nice meal here. I hadn't been to a Chili's in quite some while so I was pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean and the service was great. She kept bringing me refills of my Fanta Grape Zero. They have the Coke freestyle machine here! They even had vegetarian fajitas they weren't on the menu for my daughter. We ended with a small molten chocolate cake which was great. Very nice time.

This is absolutely one of the finest restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am profoundly pleased. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.

My food wasn't fresh, seemed as if it was sitting for awhile and then reheated. I was giving sauce that seemed to been have used already. It had food in it and I just received my plate. HOW GROSS.

Food was COLD, Brought out the wrong dish, ordered buffalo chicken salad, brought out chicken sandwich, had to wait for food. Waitress was very slow, asked for plates for the appetizers. Never got them,had to ask another waiter for the plates! Very disappointed in the service!
